OKLAHOMA CITY –A student at Francis Tuttle Technology Center is accused of bringing a gun to school and threatening students. Campus security took Darrin Cade, 20, into custody at the Rockwell campus Wednesday morning.

School officials say they found a gun and bullets inside his car.

“Threats are just not tolerated and firearms on the campus are illegal frankly,” Jeff Knapp with Francis Tuttle said.

Investigators say Cade was involved in a verbal altercation inside a classroom with two other students.

He’s accused of pulling bullets out of his pocket and threatening the students.

The school says Cade was asked to leave the classroom.

We’re told security found him inside his car in the parking lot with a gun.

Cade was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

He’s facing multiple charges including possession of a weapon on school property.
