Healthcheck: Heart transplants

Transplants can save lives but every 11 minutes another name is added to the national organ transplant waiting list.

Recently former Vice President Dick Cheney made headlines after undergoing a heart transplant.

Cheney had been on the waiting list for 20 months.

Vice President Cheney will be a featured guest at the 2012 Oklahoma Heart Failure Symposium hosted by Integris Advanced Cardiac Care this Saturday.
