Semi crash kills one, closes highway
SHAWNEE, Okla. — A deadly accident closed Oklahoma State Highway 99 Wednesday morning.
The crash happened two miles north of the Seminole – Pottawatomie County line about 3:45 a.m. near I-40 and Highway 99.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a minivan and a tractor trailer collided.
One person died inside the minivan died, three other people were injured and airlifted to the hospital.
