Man killed in motorcycle crash

TIJUANA, Okla.—A 22-year-old man is dead after a tragic motorcycle accident in Delaware County.

Troopers say a motorcycle was traveling along Highway 28 when it went off the road, striking a concrete culvert.

The driver, Richard McElroy, was thrown from the bike and suffered severe head injuries.

We’re told he died at the scene of the crash.
