Train vs. SUV

OKLAHOMA CITY — The driver of an SUV took off after getting in a minor crash with a freight train.

About 5:30 a.m. Wednesday a white Chevy Blazer snaked around the crossbars at S.E. 27th St. and Shields Blvd.

The Blazer was still partially on the tracks when a train clipped the back of the SUV.

No one was injured.

Police said the driver fled the scene after the collision.

S.W. 29th St. was closed for a short time after the wreck.
