STILLWATER, Okla. — A former Oklahoma State football star was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence about 3 a.m. Sunday.

Former wide receiver, 22-year-old Justin Blackmon was arrested in Stillwater for the DUI after police stopped him for driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Police said Blackmon smelled of alcohol and agreed to a breathalyzer test.

He blew a .24, three times the legal limit.

The aggravated DUI charge means Blackmon’s blood alcohol content was .15 or above.

This isn’t Blackmon’s first DUI; he was arrested in 2010 in Texas after officers caught him speeding on a suburban Dallas highway.

Blackmon was the fifth overall pick of the 2012 NFL Draft and went to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

A spokesman for the Jaguars said they are still gathering information
