DeadCENTER Film Festival Free Films for Kids
Your kids can get in on the deadCENTER Film Festival action for FREE Saturday.
The Kids fest will feature short films and music videos made especially for little ones 3 and up.
Catch the first series at the Downtown Library from 10 a.m. to noon.
Can’t make that one, head to U.S. Grant High School from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for more.
Itty Bitty Beach Party – Pelican Bay
This weekend your little ones can learn about water and sun safety for free at Pelican Bay’s Itty Bitty Beach Party in Edmond.
Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., kids can visit 10 different stations learning everything from techniques to save your friends to how to be safe in the sun and even a little bit about boating safety.
Music and Wine Festival – Moore
How about a relaxing weekend filled with music and wine?
If that sounds like fun, head to Moore’s 9th Annual Chatenay Cabaret Music and Wine Festival Saturday from noon to 10 p.m.
Expect plenty of Oklahoma pride with Oklahoma wine and Oklahoma musicians.
The Festival is free but the wine tasting will cost you $5.
Hooked on Fishing Free Classes
Get your kids hooked on fishing for free this summer thanks to Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation.
Those 5 to 15 can learn everything from knot tying to casting, how to identify fish and angler etiquette at any of the OKC’s 9 free fishing classes.
Poles, bait and tackle will be provided at each class.
