Man injured in accident with police cruiser
OKLAHOMA CITY—A man is in the hospital after being hit by an Oklahoma City police cruiser.
The officer was responding to a call and driving in the area of N.W. 9th St. and Brauer just after midnight on Sunday.
As he turned a corner, he hit a pedestrian who was walking across the street.
Traffic investigators were on the scene trying to determine what happened moments before the collision.
We know the man was injured and transported to the hospital.
No word on the extent of his injuries.
