House fire on SE 37th
OKLAHOMA CITY — Fire crews responded to a house fire about 3 a.m. Thursday morning.
The fire sparked at 33 Southeast 37th Street and Oklahoma, near Grand Avenue and Shields.
When crews arrived they found a single story structure completely engulfed in flames.
Firefighters battled the fire an hour before getting it under control.
Four people were at home at the time of the fire.
They woke up to the smell of smoke and escaped out a bedroom window before calling 911.
No one was injured.
The house is a total loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
