Dallas mother accused of trying to sell baby on craigslist

DALLAS – A Dallas mother is accused of trying to sell her 4-month-old baby on craigslist.

Police took her into custody hiding under a blanket.

Detectives investigating the claim found the little one home alone.

She faces child abandonment charges for that.

Prosecutors said she admitted she placed a newspaper ad for someone to adopt her baby but said she did not try to sell it on craigslist.
