WARR ACRES, Okla. -- A Warr Acres man is behind bars accused of multiple sex crimes with an underage victim.
The OSBI arrested the 40-year-old suspect on Thursday.
Theodore Booker is accused of possessing child porn, soliciting a minor, as well as several counts of rape.
The suspect remains behind bars Friday at the Oklahoma County jail.
He's being held on a $260,000 bond.
A series of sexually-explicit Facebook messages and cell phone texts with a teen led to Booker's arrest.
"We were very fortunate that a concerned adult saw what was going on," OSBI's Steve Tanner said.
The investigation first began after a relative of the 14-year-old girl noticed some of the lewd acts online and contacted police.
"They saw something they thought was inappropriate between a child and a grown adult. They reported it right away," Tanner said.
According to the affidavit, when officers seized the phone and computer belonging to Booker they "found several pictures of the female victim in sexually-provocative poses."
That's when Booker confessed.
"He did admit to what he'd done with this girl," Tanner said.
Tanner said investigators arrested Booker at OU Medical Center where he worked as a cook.
The affidavit details how Booker admitted to police he knew what he did "was morally wrong. Booker knew (the victim) was mentally fragile. He knew the contact with her was illegal."
"The child is never at fault for this type of crime. The adult knows what he's doing morally and legally and the child is never held accountable," Tanner said.
The victim also claimed to have had repeated sexual encounters with Booker inside his condo.
Investigators hope the case is an example to parents to pay attention to their kids' online activity.
The suspect had been a longtime family friend of the victim.
