Tax-free shopping draws crowds
OKLAHOMA CITY — Tax free weekend is in full swing.
The Oklahoma Tax Commission is waiving sales tax Friday, Saturday and Sunday on clothing items less than $100.
Many Oklahoma retailers are adding to the savings by deeply discounting many items.
Back-to-school clothes are a popular buy for families at The Outlet Shoppes near I-40 and Council in Oklahoma City.
Families hit the outdoor mall in droves.
This weekend only there is no sales tax on items under $100.
