Our first nominee for the 2012 – 2013 season is Breanna Branch. Congratulations! Breanna is not only an exceptional athlete and student, she is an amazing person. Breanna is a member of the National Honor Society and has a 4.133 GPA. She is a member of the PCHS Student Council at her school and participates and many leadership activities.

Breanna has played for the Putnam City High School Softball Varsity Fast-pitch and Slow-pitch teams for 3 years and will continue to play for her senior year. She has become a true leader on her team by showing new team members what is expected of them and assisting them in their needs. She is usually the first to arrive and the last to leave, volunteering for anything that needs to get done.

Breanna has volunteered for many community service project to name just a few, Race for the Cure, Feed the Children, Oklahoma Food Bank, St. Jude’s Walk.
As a teacher I see so many students each day that are truly exceptional people and I would Breanna at the top of the list. She is dedicated to her sport, school, community and family. SHe works hard everyday to make those around her happy.
