Petition: Keep murderer in prison

The Petition: Debra’s murderer is up for parole after only serving 16 years of a life sentence. At the time of her death she was being robbed for $.24. She left behind a 12-year-old son who saw everything but the shooting and a 4-year-old daughter. Debra’s mother was with her at the time of her death and would be dead also if the gun had not misfired not only once but twice.
