Booksigning to benefit The Care Center

OKLAHOMA CITY — A local author is launching her second book this weekend, and holding a benefit book-signing event.

A Kimberly McKay has just released her second novel, Facing Redemption.

McKay and Emily Moorehead from The Care Center talk with Newschannel 4′s Ali Meyer about the upcoming event.

The book-signing will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Sauced pizzaria in the Paseo arts district.

Saused in located at 2912 Paseo.

All proceeds will go to The Care Center, a non-profit organization that provides services to children who have been neglected and abused.
