Escapees captured after brief run from the law
VINITA, Okla.– Law enforcement officers say they have recaptured three men who escaped from a correctional center Saturday morning.
Authorities say 43-year-old Bryce Agnew; 41-year-old Jeffery Bradshaw and 31-year-old Daniel Dolezal escaped from the Northeast Oklahoma Correctional Center around 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
Currently, officials say they are not sure exactly how the inmates escaped.
Authorities say all three escapees were recaptured around 11 a.m. Sunday morning.
Agnew was serving a 15-year sentence on drug charges and Bradshaw was serving a 29-year sentence for grand larceny.
Officers say Dolezal was in prison on a 10-year sentence for assault with a dangerous weapon.
