OKC chase ends with man in custody

OKLAHOMA CITY — Police have arrested a man after a chase through Oklahoma City Wednesday night.

The chase started near 89th St. and Western Ave. when authorities said a man in a silver SUV refused to pull over for a routine traffic stop.

Speeds in the chase reached 50 mph near the Brookwood Apartments.

After the chase police said they found meth in the suspect’s car.

The man’s name has not been released at this time
