Sooners hope to rebound at Texas Tech
LUBBOCK, Texas — The Sooners hope to bounce back after a tough loss to Kansas State when they face Texas Tech’s high-powered offense this weekend.
OU will face the Red Raiders in Lubbock Saturday with kickoff scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
It seemed the Sooner Magic had all but left the offense during last Saturday’s game; experts said the defense will need to step up to stop one of the best passing offenses in the country.
Texas Tech generates the 7th-most yards through the air each game, averaging just over 358.
The undefeated Raiders will have their first real test this weekend when they face the Sooners.
Fortunately for OU, the Sooners have never lost back-to-back games against Big 12 opponents under Bob Stoops.
The game will be televised on ESPN2.
