Shooting victim found in intersection
NORMAN, Okla. — Police in Norman found a woman shot in her car about 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
Police were called to the intersection of Peters and Johnson, near Robinson and Porter, in central Norman, where they made the discovery.
Officers report finding an adult female with an apparent gunshot wound sitting in the driver’s seat of a white pick-up that was stopped in the middle of the intersection.
The woman was taken to the hospital.
The vehicle was towed away.
Police are trying to figure out what happened.
