Open carry law in effect Nov. 1
Oklahoma’s open carry law goes info effect a week from Thursday.
That means anyone with a permit to carry a concealed weapon will be allowed to carry their gun in full view, beginning Nov. 1.
Felicia Jackson, OSBI’s gun licensing manager, stopped by to talk about the issue at what changes Oklahomans should expect.
She said her department is swamped with concealed carry requests.
