Get the poltergeist party started Friday night with a free concert from Oklahoma’s own Flaming Lips.
Tickets are given out free on a first-come-first-served basis at the Zoo Amphitheatre.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
Just in time for Halloween, see OU’s campus in a new, scary light.
Starting Wednesday, you can take a free guided ghost tour to learn of an organist who haunts the halls, a secret society and see if you can handle the most haunted corner of campus.
These after-dark tours are open to everyone, just register online in advance.
Get your costumes ready for Stillwater’s Red Dirt Zombies Tuesday.
Find the tricks and treats on Stillwater’s Main Street from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Bring the family for games, inflatables and the annual costume contest, it’s open to everyone from infants to elders.
If you’re in for some free extra curricular Halloween fun, head to Edmond’s Pumpkin Palooza at Mitch Park.
Saturday show your skills in the pumpkin carving contest and bring flashlights for the pumpkin hunt at sundown.
And for the advanced, bring your home made catapults and launching devices for the pumpkin chunkin’ contest.
All creative minds are invited to the Paseo’s Magic Lantern Festival Sunday.
Children can make costumes for a parade through the winding Jack-o-lantern labyrinth with dancing performers.
End the evening with an enchanting performance from the Theater Upon a StarDanceSwan dancers.
Everything is free of charge.
