One killed in Noble Co. semi vs. car accident

PERRY, Okla. – Authorities said one person has been killed in a semi vs. car accident on I-35 near Highway 51 in Noble County.

Highway Patrol has not confirmed any road closures yet but drivers should avoid the area if possible. 

Patrolmen said a car in the northbound lane swerved across the median into the southbound lanes and collided with a semi. 

Officials have not released the identities of anyone involved in the accident. 

Crews are working to determine what caused the driver to cross the median.
