It’s not your typical Thanksgiving Dinner.
This one, with a gourmet twist, was served up by local high school students.
At Star Spencer, culinary students have partnered with Williams Sonoma, cooking up a feast that is fit for royalty.
On the menu, apple-spiced brined turkey, Madeira-sage gravy and for dessert, pecan pumpkin butter pie.
The students prepared the meal for staff and William Sonoma representatives.
