How sweet it is Honey Festival

MINCO, OKLAHOMA – Thousands of visitors swarmed into shops and restaurants for the 21st annual  Minco Honey Festival for an old-fashioned Christmas celebration.

The old Armory building in town hosted the Christmas craft show with vendors selling ornaments, jewelry, clothing, food, and of course plenty of sweet treats and honey.

Famous son, Lucas Ross, also known as one of the 2 Movie Guys, seen locally on News Channel 4 and Freedom 43 TV was on hand to welcome folks and sign autographs.

Tours were available of the Ross Honey plant, while local dairy producers offered free samples of cheese and milk products. No wonder they call Minco the “land of Milk and Honey.”
