Christmas capers in custody after crime spree

christmas decorations

ENID, Okla.—Police say they have learned more about a few juveniles who were acting more like the Grinch when they stole a bit of Christmas from residents in the area.

The Enid Police Department is investigating after vandals stole and destroyed Christmas decorations at homes throughout town.

Detectives say they have identified the kids who were involved in the crimes.

The department is asking anyone who had decorations stolen or vandalized to make a police report so it can be included in the investigation.

Police say not only will the juveniles end up on Santa’s naughty list, but they will also face charges for the crimes.

If you have any information on the crimes, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at (580) 233-6233.
