Wind chills pose exposure danger

METRO OKC — The National Weather Service issued a Wind Chill advisory that will last until 9AM this morning.

The main impact: minimum wind chill temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees today, but will be below zero this morning for much of the Oklahoma City metro

So, if you have to be outside, remember to dress in layers, leave no skin exposed to the cold air and move inside as quickly as possible once your business outside is done. Frostbite and hypothermia can happen quickly.
