Operations Technician

Duties include Studio Camera Operator and VIZRT Graphics Operator for newscasts, production sessions, and special programming, running audio console for live shows, and ingesting commercials and programs through the Media Center.

Experience:
Studio Camera Operator:
•Have a basic understanding of shot composition and studio lighting
•Have the ability to move or truck cameras to assigned positions for newscasts VIZRT Graphics Operator:
•Have the ability to operate VIZRT during live newscast and special programming
•You will work with show producer and director in building supers and full-screens
•Must be able to type proficiently

Audio:
•Have the ability or able to learn how to run audio console for live shows

Media Center:
•Be able to ingest commercials and programs into the automation system for playback

Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to carry and operate equipment weighing over 60 pounds. Must possess a valid State Driver’s License (or be able to obtain one).
