Sooners sum up season with disappointing 41-13 to Texas A&M
DALLAS — The OU Sooners unfortunately lost in dramatic fashion Friday night against Texas A&M and Heisman trophy winner Johnny Manziel 41-13 in the Cotton Bowl in what could be considered OU’s worst loss of season.
Landry Jones finished his record-breaking career at OU with a disappointing loss, while this season’s Heisman trophy winner “Johnny Football” looked unstoppable from every angle, throwing for nearly 300 yards and making run after run over 10 yards. Nothing in Bob Stoop’s defensive arsenal worked against Manziel – and he showed, again, why he was the Heisman recipient this year.
