Attorney accused of assisting prisoner escape resigns

OKLAHOMA CITY – A Nichols Hills attorney has resigned after being accused of misconduct. 

Amy McTeer has been charged with assisting a prisoner escape. 

The Oklahoma Supreme court approved her resignation Monday.
