Midwest City investigates child rape allegations
MIDWEST CITY – A Midwest City man is behind bars facing first-degree rape and oral sodomy charges after two young girls said he molested them.
George Armstrong, Jr., 46, is being held on a $300,000 bond.
Tuesday crime scene detectives searched his home for evidence victims mentioned to police.
Investigators said he abused a 6-year-old girl back in November.
“The victim was taken to the Care Center in Oklahoma City and interviewed,” MWC Assistant Police Chief Sid Porter said. “A probable cause had determined that this 6-year-old victim had been sexually molested.”
But investigators said that wasn’t the suspect’s only victim.
“We also discovered another, a 10 year old that had been subject to the same type of acts over the last two years,” Porter said.
While agents investigated that case, court documents revealed two woman who said Armstrong abused them when they were little girls.
Armstrong has a long wrap sheet with a host of violent crimes including a second-degree rape conviction.
One victim told police Armstrong showed her pornographic videos and magazines.
