Bridge lanes closed after hole found

NORMAN, Okla. – Authorities have closed part of a bridge in Norman after finding a hole in it Sunday.

Norman officers discovered the hole in the eastbound Main St. bridge over I-35.

The outside right lane of southbound I-35 and the outside right lane eastbound Main St. have been closed to traffic.

One lane is open in each direction.

At this time westbound Main St. and northbound I-35 have not been altered.

Repairs to the structure are ongoing.
