Police investigating murder, victim shot multiple times

OKLAHOMA CITY — Police discovered a body during an investigating into a 911 call about “shots fired” Tuesday morning.

The crime scene is a house on the corner of SW 69th and Shartel.

Police found the body about 1:30 a.m. and the medical examiner removed the body for autopsy about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

According to police the man had been staying at the home as a house-sitter.

Authorities have since identified the victim as 27-year-old Jason N. Martinez.

Police have not released any information about a suspect or suspects.
