UPDATE: Man expected to recover after hit by car on Hefner Parkway

OKLAHOMA CITY - Police identified the victim hit Monday on Hefner Parkway as 59-year-old Timothy Tiffle of El Reno.

Medical officials said he was critically injured but is expected to make a full recovery. 

Authorities said they have two teens in custody after a auto\pedestrian accident on Hefner Parkway but so far only the male driver will face charges.

Police said a male and female teen ran from the accident and they found the suspects and car in the GattiTown parking lot near N.W. Expressway and MacArthur.
