Cowboys’ Ratliff had high blood alcohol level in accident
DALLAS – Dallas Cowboys’ Jay Ratliff had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when he hit a semi-truck Jan. 22.
According to authorities, the 31-year-old nose tackle was arrested on the suspicion of drunk driving near Grapevine, Texas, after the accident.
He has since been released on $500 bail.
Yahoo Sports reported he is the second Cowboy player arrested in an alcohol-related accident in the last month.
Neither Ratliff nor the the semi driver were injured in the accident.
