Crews investigate after body found in burned home

MCLOUD, Okla. – Crews are investigating an elderly woman’s death after finding her in a burned out mobile home over the weekend. 

Authorities said a mobile home caught fire near 45th St. and Derek Sunday around 7:30 p.m. in McLoud.

After crews put out the fire, they found a woman’s body near the kitchen. 

Crews have not released the woman’s identity or official cause of death. 

They are still investigating the cause of the fire.
