Man tased outside of Buckingham Palace

LONDON—Police in London arrested a man after tasing him outside Buckingham Palace.

Authorities say the man was waving a pair of knives around in a crowd of tourists outside the palace.

Officers approached the man and had to use a stun gun to stop him.

We’re told no one was hurt and the man was taken into custody.
