Sunlight could soothe arthritis pain
If you suffer from arthritis pain, getting outside may provide a bit of unexpected relief.
A recent study found women with the highest exposure to UVB sunlight were 20 percent less likely to be diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
Doctors also found those already suffering from the pain of the condition did better when exposed to sunlight, which is a prime source of Vitamin D.
However, they caution too much sun can damage skin so they advise you to be cautious about the time of day you go outside.
