While people are trying to eat healthy these days, a popular company is recalling hundreds of thousands of meals because of glass fragments making their way into the food.

Nestle is recalling more than 500,000 Lean Cuisine Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli meals after some customers reported finding glass inside the dish.

The meals affected have a “best before” date of Dec. 2013.

Consumers can receive a coupon for a replacement meal by calling Nestle at 866-586-9424.
