ENID, Okla.—Despite getting a bit of moisture from the recent snowstorm, city leaders in Enid are urging residents to conserve water.

Officials say when the power went out, water well pumps also shut down.

The city was facing the possibility of running out of water before the power gets fully restored.

The city has already purchased generators to help get the water wells back up and running.

However, the city has suspended service to all industrial clients.

Residents still have water but may be suffering from reduce water pressure.
