Man arrested for using stun gun on child
TULSA, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is facing charges for repeatedly using a stun gun as disciplinary tool.
That man, Phillip Hudson, Jr., is behind bars in Tulsa.
Authorities said they believe the abuse happened while Hudson was babysitting a 5-year-old child.
They said they man was punishing the child because he wasn’t doing his homework.
