One dead after garbage truck collides with van

OKLAHOMA CITY – One person is dead after a garbage truck and another vehicle collided head-on in Oklahoma City Wednesday afternoon.

Officials said a garbage truck and a box van collided near N.W. 150th St. and Western Ave.

Authorities have not released the cause for the accident.

The identities of those involved are unknown at this time.
