11 injured in D.C. apartment shooting
WASHINGTON—At least 11 people were injured during an early morning drive by shooting in Washington, D.C. Monday.
Police say someone in an older model BMW opened fire on a crowd of people outside an apartment building just after 2 a.m.
Authorities say most people suffered gunshot wounds to the hands, legs and arms.
The most serious injury reported was one man who was shot in the back.
All the victims are conscious and in stable condition.
Police are still looking for a suspect.
