OSU student says not guilty after drugs found in dorm room
STILLWATER, Okla. – A former OSU student who was arrested for allegedly having drugs in his dorm room has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Cord Moore, 19, was arrested after university police officers searched his dorm room and allegedly found 30 grams of marijuana, multiple bags filled with cocaine, $1,400 and an empty bottle of hydrocodone cough syrup.
Moore already pleaded guilty and received a deferred sentence for possession of marijuana and obstructing an officer.
However, he is still facing charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a university and possession of drug paraphernalia.
His next court date is in April.
