OKLAHOMA CITY—While the economy seems to be on the right track and foreclosure rates are down across the country, a new housing report shows that is not the case in Oklahoma City.

Corelogic announced that foreclosure rates in January 2013 came in at 2.34 percent.

Analysts say that number is up from the same time last year but is lower than the national foreclosure rate, which is just under 3 percent.

The report also says the local mortgage delinquency rate is over 4.7 percent, which is down from what it was last year.
