Flu claims another Okla. life in Muskogee County
MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. – The flu continues to claim victims in Oklahoma.
Despite the start of spring, influenza is apparently still a threat.
Another Oklahoman died from the flu over the last week bringing the total number of deaths this season to 34.
Eight others were hospitalized due to the illness.
The latest casualty was in Muskogee County.
Since flu season began back in late September, more than 1,000 Oklahomans have been hospitalized with influenza.
