Man arrested for murder in fatal OKC DUI crash
Officials said 29-year-old Ivan Nitsch was arrested for second-degree murder Tuesday.
Authorities said Nitsch was driving in the oncoming lane of I-235 when he hit the cab driver, killing him in Feb.
They said he had over two times the legal limit of alcohol in his system at the time of the accident.
Nitsch has a prior DUI conviction back in Sept. 2006.
