Photo of Boston officer helping family goes viral
BOSTON – The city of Boston was on lock down while police searched for suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing.
A family had to stay in their home with their 17-month-old son who needed milk.
A police officer delivered the milk and the family said they tried to pay him but he would not accept the money.
As the officer delivered the milk, they snapped a photo of him.
The photo was posted to Facebook by the family and went viral.
The photo has been shared on Facebook and Twitter more than 100,000 times.
