Friends of Moore tornado victim gather to raise funds for family
OKLAHOMA CITY – Friends and family who lost their little girl in the Moore tornado gathered in Oklahoma City Wednesday afternoon to remember her and raise funds for recovery.
Nine-year-old Sydney Angle was killed in Plaza Towers elementary during the EF-5 tornado that tore through Moore Monday.
Her parents lost their home in the same storm.
Sydney’s softball teammates are collecting donations for the family.
The group held out their helmets at the Moore exits along I-240.
