Mother, daughters survive Moore tornado at Plaza Towers Elementary

A survivor story in the midst of tragedy at  Plaza Towers Elementary in Moore, Oklahoma after a deadly tornado slammed the Oklahoma City area Monday and tore a 17-mile path in its wake.

The tornado killed 24 people, 7 of them children at Plaza Towers Elementary School.

KFOR Reporter Lance West talked to a husband whose wife ran to the school to get her daughters, only to be forced to ride out the tornado inside the school.
