Red Earth Festival shines
OKLAHOMA CITY — The 27th annual Red Earth Festival is in full swing in downtown Oklahoma City. A large crowd of people could be seen enjoying beautiful arts, crafts, music, dancing and food.
Lucas Ross of NewsChannel 4 and Freedom 43 TV (pictured with a fan) was on hand to sign autographs along with the station’s community partner, “The Voice of Diabetes” to raise awareness of diabetes in the Native American community.
More than 1,200 Native American arts, dancers, and singers from across North America celebrate their rich heritage at this exciting festival.
The Red Earth Festival continues through Sunday at the Cox Convention Center.
